How to Install Desktop.com as a PWA to Windows or macOS?

(works only with Chromium based web browsers for now)

1) Open the Desktop.com app in your web browser

2) Log in with your Desktop.com account

3) You will be offered to install the Desktop.com app when you first log in. Click the Install app in the prompt window on the bottom right

4) If you missed to install the app, it is easily to do right from the address bar.

For Edge users:

For Chrome users:

5) Alternatively, click  the Settings (3 dots) button in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser and then click Install Desktop.com in the drop-down menu

How to install the Desktop.com app on the Android device

If you are using  Desktop.com on your Android, you can either use the Chrome version or simply download our Android native app from the PlayStore.

To use the Chrome version:

1) Open the www.desktop.com in your Chrome browser -> tap the 3 dots button

2) Select the Add to Home screen option in the drop-down menu

3) Proceed with adding the app to Home Screen

4) Confirm the action for the quick app access


How to install the Desktop.com on the iOS device:

1) Open Desktop.com in your Safari or Chrome browser

2) Tap the Share button in the upper corner near the address bar and then tap Add to Home Screen

3) Tap the Add button

4. Alternatively, download our native app for iOS devices from the Appstore
